This Privacy Policy explains how LoveGPT Inc ("LoveGPT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use DateMeDoc.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

LoveGPT Inc is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

  • The DateMeDoc website and mobile applications
  • Public DateMeDoc pages
  • Messages sent or received through DateMeDoc

  • Publishers who create DateMeDocs
  • Responders who view DateMeDocs and send messages
  • Visitors who view DateMeDocs without creating an account

2. Age Restrictions

DateMeDoc is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us at privacy@datemedoc.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide as a Publisher

When you create a DateMeDoc, we may collect:

  • First name
  • Date of birth (used to calculate age)
  • Gender
  • Sexual orientation
  • City-level location
  • Photos (minimum one, maximum four)
  • Long-form text responses
  • Optional social links (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn)

We do not collect email addresses from Publishers as part of DateMeDoc creation.

We may collect additional contact or account information in the future if required for security, communication, or service-related purposes.

3.2 Information You Provide as a Responder

Responders must have an account to send messages.

We may collect:

  • Message content sent through the Service
  • Account identifiers associated with the Responder

Anonymous messaging is not supported, and we do not require Responders to provide an email address to send messages.

3.3 Public and Private Information

  • DateMeDoc content is public by default and accessible to anyone with the link, unless paused or deleted by the Publisher.
  • Messages exchanged through DateMeDoc are private between the Publisher and Responder.
  • Date of birth is not public. Only calculated age may be displayed.

3.4 Automatically Collected Information

When you use DateMeDoc, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Device type
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Cookies and similar technologies (web)
  • Log files (mobile)
  • Crash reports (mobile)

3.5 Analytics and Usage Information

We may collect usage data through analytics tools such as:

  • Google Analytics (web)
  • Mixpanel (mobile app)
  • PostHog (mobile app)
  • App Store and platform analytics

3.6 Payment Information

Payments for paid features are processed by third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or Stripe.

We do not collect or store full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider and subject to their privacy policies.

Public Content may remain available if copied, cached, or archived by third parties prior to deletion.
